Is there parking available?

We have ample free parking to allow you to browse each store and ask us any questions you might have with regards to keeping your family’s animals in peak condition. Heavy bags you say?? Not a problem… we can carry them to your car for you.

What methods of payment are accepted in store?

We accept cash or card payments in store. Contactless is also available. We are unable to accept cheques as payment.

What do I do if the product I want is out of stock?

We receive deliveries into our warehouse 5 days a week. We are very happy to order products in for our customers and call them as soon they arrive in store.

What if my dog/cat doesn’t like his current dried food?

Don’t worry, we have various samples available in store that our advisors can pass onto you. So your dog can actually try before you buy.

Can I bring my dog in store?

Of course you can! We love to see them all!
